We collect information you provide directly when you use CreatiweOS, including your name, email address, company name, and billing information. When you interact with our platform, we also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration.

If you connect third-party services (e.g. brand assets, design tools, or cloud storage), we may collect data from those integrations as necessary to deliver our services.

We may also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve CreatiweOS, including building and refining your Brand Brain, matching you with Creative Scientists, and delivering creative missions.

We also use your information to communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, send service-related notices, and, with your consent, share product updates or marketing materials.

Usage analytics help us understand how the platform is used and inform product development. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only in the following circumstances: with Creative Scientists assigned to your account (limited to what's necessary for mission delivery), with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g. hosting, billing, analytics), or when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, multi-tenant row-level security (RLS) for client data isolation, regular security audits, and access controls based on the principle of least privilege.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

Brand Brain data and creative assets are retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after termination, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request earlier removal.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

7. International Data Transfers

CreatiweOS is operated from India with data residency options in India and the EU. If your data is transferred across borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

8. Children's Privacy

CreatiweOS is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of CreatiweOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
